Automate lead capture and transfer

To help aedifion optimize their CRM system, we have seamlessly integrated all inquiries — regardless of language — into aedifion's Salesforce pipeline. This was achieved by implementing an API between Webflow and Salesforce, which automatically processes all data and routes it to the correct Salesforce pipeline. In this way, the use of Zapier could also be avoided.

Ensuring data quality with reCAPTCHA

To ensure the quality of incoming requests and prevent spam, we have reactivated the reCAPTCHA function. This integration was carried out in conjunction with the Salesforce connection to ensure smooth and secure data transfer. Previously, the agency said that this was not possible, but we found and implemented a solution to the problem.

Set up automated notifications

We have set up an automated notification for aedifion's sales team, which is triggered when new leads are generated via the webflow forms. This ensures that potential customer inquiries can be processed immediately to minimize response time and strengthen customer loyalty. It wasn't easy to create a suitable workflow in aedifion's complex Salesforce system, but after a few coordination and attempts, we implemented a reliable and stable notification system.
